GigLust.com Terms of Service (v1.0)

  1. ACCEPTANCE: By accessing GigLust.com, you agree to these Terms.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: Access is limited to individuals 18+ (or 21+ where required). All creators must provide valid ID for age and identity verification.
  3. BILLING: All purchases and subscriptions on GigLust are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions use automatic renewal.
  4. CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP: Creators retain full ownership of their content but grant GigLust a license to host and display it. All creators must comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping.
  5. PROHIBITED USES: We strictly prohibit non-consensual content, depiction of minors, illegal acts, deepfakes, or harassment.
  6. AI AND LUXURY SERVICES: GigLust uses proprietary AI for monetization optimization. Users are responsible for their own safety due diligence regarding travel and stay bookings.
  7. LEGAL: These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. You waive any right to participate in a class action against GigLust.
